Visualization three years from today, while the story and visualization implies I can read before coffee, I know that will never happen and am not capable of interest in opening e-mail without coffee/caffeine.
I just turned 42 and while my life was put on hold three years ago and sort of downgraded to allow for the MCAD program into my life as to learn what more about sustainability. I have since moved from my condo back to a house, and returned to cooking organic good healthy meals and doing yoga. Instead of settling for work that cooked for me to save time and didn't use my mind in anyway so as to leave it open for learning and classwork. While since the classes and program made me look into myself then expected I suspect my recent expansion in personal, social, and professional networking is a result of thinking about leading, living and how others view me, something I previously cared little about.
As I am happy to arise I am waiting to hear that another hundred units will be built. As my class project was to utilize Wiki-House CNC machines, 3-d printers, recycling showers, led lighting, green roofs, and building housing that takes the financial burden off it's inhabitants and the planet, while creates it's own energy, food and utilizes natural energy flows in a modular expandable and contractible model that is right sized for it's inhabitants. This news is great as it offers 100 families places to live were their previous electric bill covers their housing, Mortgage and in growing their own food eliminates mortgage, electric, and food bills(other then supplemental food needs). While my personal house is a modification to include my electric helicopter/plane hybrid pad which I will depart from for the week on the coast only to return to see my son on the weekend.
While in the past three years, after the MCAD program I had time enough to go back and completed my pilots license I started so many years ago. I am flying out this morning to visit my friends, and restaurant in San Diego for the week before returning here. William is now 9 year old, who is insanely intelligent and I remember it like it was yesterday three years ago him telling me pi was 3.14 and 5 years ago asking for caviar at Wholefoods rather then the usual roe. Time flies, I have since started Homage wines with my friend Scott first phase of importing great sustainable wines to the midwest. Have since done the redesign on Jeff's dad's restaurant to house a all natural small plate healthy food wine bar/brew house in South Minneapolis. On top of that my real estate business is better then ever and the condo I bought and moved into during my class time to simply life is now a good investment property which I rent out through AirBnB and returned to a house with a yard my son can play in and get a dog again. In addition my rental properties portfolios are expanding and doing well. But the most fulfilling aspect of my businesses is the providing houses that are sustainable, do not feed into a life of debt, or a life time of mortgage, electric, and grocery bills into housing that frees people from these schakales.
